In 2020 Denmark Open receive 79 entries from 27 Countries. 
The upcoming VICTOR DENMARK OPEN 2021 is played in Odense, the fourth-largest city in Denmark.Spectators are seated very close to the courts. This tournament is very important for every player who wanted to increase their badminton points. Today the VICTOR DENMARK OPEN is part of a much bigger family, the HSBC BWF World Tour, that when the tournament first saw the light of day in 1936. Today the tournament is the second-oldest international tournament in the world and the tournament is now joined by a Senior tournament and a Junior tournament – both international tournaments.

MEET THE STARS WHO WIN DENMARK OPEN 2020

In Badminton, former World Champion Nozomi Okuhara of Japan clinched the Denmark Open 2020 title beating three-time world champion Carolina Marin in women’s singles. In the men’s singles final, world number seven Anders Antonsen of Denmark defeated his compatriot Rasmus Gemke.

World number three Anders Antonsen defeated compatriot Rasmus Gemke 18-21, 21-19, 21-12 to claim the BWF 750 Denmark Open 2020, the first tournament since the restart of international badminton. In the women’s singles final, Japan’s OKUHARA Nozomi overcame Olympic gold medallist Carolina Marin to claim her first ever Denmark Open title.

Antonsen overcomes a fighting Gemke

Anders Antonsen was up against fellow countryman Rasmus Gemke in all Danish affair in the final of the Denmark Open and having overcome CHOU Tien Chen in the semi-final, he was touted as the favourite.
However, Rasmus Gemke proved to be a handful and started the match on the front foot with some attacking strokeplay and did not let his compatriot take control of proceedings. The first game went down to the wire with Gemke drawing first blood in the game
